TRANSFORMATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY & COACHING

Heaver          Merriman

Change that
begins with
knowing yourself

Bespoke, confidential support for those who have achieved much, yet sense there is more.

Delivered by a husband-and-wife team of dual-qualified clinical psychologists and senior coaches, bringing decades of combined experience and expertise to every engagement.

BEGIN A CONVERSATION

Real transformation is not the removal of discomfort - it is the expansion of who you are capable of being.

our philosphy

We meet you where you truly are

We meet you where you truly are

High achievement often comes with an invisible cost — a growing distance between the self you show the world and the self you carry privately. This is not weakness. It is the natural consequence of leading, holding responsibility, performing, and sustaining excellence over time.

Our work creates the rare conditions in which you can be genuinely known: not assessed, not managed, not advised — but understood. From that ground, real and lasting change becomes possible.

Drawing on clinical psychology, attachment research, neuroscience, and executive coaching, we work with the whole person. Your history, your patterns, your strengths, and your unlived potential are all part of the conversation.

A rigorous, deeply personal approach

Every engagement begins with a thorough consultation — not a form or a questionnaire, but a conversation. We design each programme around you: your aims, your rhythms, your life. Nothing here is off-the-shelf.

We begin by listening — carefully and without agenda. The initial sessions are devoted to understanding you, your context, and what you are truly seeking beneath the presenting question.

Deep Assessment

Sustained Transformation

We are not interested in surface-level shifts. We work to create durable change — in self-understanding, in relationships, in leadership, and in how you inhabit your own life.

Bespoke Programme

Your programme is co-created. Frequency, format, duration, and focus are tailored around your life. We work in-person, remotely, or in combination — with absolute discretion.

For those who are successful but feel the cost

  • High-achieving individuals with neurodiversity navigating work, identity and relationships

Mike brings over 25 years’ experience working in the helping professions across public, private, academic, and voluntary organisations. He brings deep clinical knowledge and genuine warmth to every engagement. With a keen eye on ensuring his work is relational, collaborative and tailored to fit the individual, Mike is  committed to working compassionately and authentically. He thrives on inspiring others to help them develop and grow in line with their values.

Mike brings with him a reputation for being an attuned listener, and for being empathic and validating, whilst at the same time not shying away from being more challenging and candid when needed. As a dually qualified coach and clinical psychologist he holds expertise and ability to draw upon many psychological, neuroscientific, and leadership models and interventions, and can work at different levels of psychological depth with the coachee. This can range from more transactional and goal specific coaching to more transformational and depth work. He has a particular specialism at working with people in leadership and executive positions, people going through role and life transitions, and also with people who have neurodiversity (e.g., Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia). Being neurodiverse himself combined with his professional expertise in this area means he is particularly well placed to support others whom are also neurodiverse.

Mike's coaching provides a safe, confidential, and contained space to explore any of the challenges and issues you may be experiencing, whilst also acknowledging and building upon your many strengths and successes.

Charlotte brings over 25 years' clinical experience to work that is deeply attuned, creative, and human. She has a particular sensitivity to the less-visible dimensions of a person's life — the grief that sits alongside success, the identity questions that high achievement can defer, and the quiet losses that often go unacknowledged. Her specialisms include attachment, neurodivergence, childlessness, infertility, chronic health conditions, and bereavement. Clients consistently describe Charlotte as warm, perceptive, and able to hold space for complexity with both gentleness and skill.

Charlotte brings with her a reputation for being a highly perceptive and attuned listener, and for being empathic and validating, whilst at the same time not shying away from gently challenging and naming the unsaid when needed. As a dually qualified coach and clinical psychologist she holds expertise and ability to draw upon many psychological, neuroscientific, and leadership models and interventions, and can work at different levels of psychological depth with the coachee. With a personal as well as professional understanding of neurodiversity Charlotte is particularly well placed to support others whom are highly sensitive or neurodiverse.

Charlotte's coaching provides a safe, confidential, and contained space to explore any of the challenges and issues you may be experiencing, whilst also holding in mind your strengths and the context and social relationships in which you live.
